How do I create a profile?
Sign up with your email or phone, confirm you are 18+, add photos and a short bio, and choose your city and preferences.
Which countries are supported?
Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. We may expand after legal and product review.
Matching & chat
Why can’t I message someone?
You can chat after a mutual like creates a match. If someone unmatches you, the conversation ends.
What are daily likes?
Free members receive a limited number of likes per day. Premium includes unlimited likes.
Account & billing
How do I upgrade to Premium?
Premium purchase will be available in-app. Pricing is shown in KES before you pay.
How do I cancel Premium?
Use subscription settings in the app or email support@penzio.co.ke. See the Refund Policy for billing details.

How do I report someone?
Open their profile or chat and use Report. For urgent matters, email safety@penzio.co.ke.
